We level every shed on solid concrete blocks, keeping the base off the ground. This helps prevent rot, moisture damage, and insect problems, ensuring years of dependable service.

2×6 Floor Joists (16" OC) with ¾" Plywood Flooring

 

All of our sheds use 2×6 floor joists spaced 16 inches on center with ¾" plywood floor sheathing. Many shed companies use 2×4 joists, but our heavier framing creates a much stronger floor built to last.

2×4 Wall Construction

 

All shed walls are framed with quality hand-selected 2×4 studs, providing solid, dependable wall construction.

Locking Door T-Handle

 

Our shed doors include a locking T-handle with keys to keep your tools and belongings secure.

Gable Vents

 

Every shed includes gable air vents to allow proper airflow. Some companies charge extra for this feature—we include it as standard.

The shingles we use (architectural or 3-tab) offer a choice of popular colors to complement your property.

We use LP SmartSide siding, an exterior-grade panel that comes pre-primed and is specially treated to resist moisture absorption.

4" Roof Overhang

 

Our sheds include a 4-inch roof overhang to help keep rain off the walls and doors during bad weather.

White Maintenance-Free PVC Trim

 

On many older sheds, the first thing to deteriorate is the trim. We eliminate that issue by using PVC trim boards, which never need painting and will not rot.
